Business Development Manager, McCloud

List of Responsibilities (not necessarily exhaustive):

  • Proactively develop and grow DUG’s McCloud services and software business by:
    • Network, build and maintain strong working relationships with clients in your region(s).
    • Operate as a front-line sales executive, securing POs and contracts for McCloud products and services business, as per DUG’s requirements.
    • Maintain a clear understanding of your market areas and provide market and client feedback to DUG, as information is learned
    • Oversee and provide input to the preparation of McCloud proposals.
    • Regularly liaise and interact clients and the McCloud sales support organization to ensure that there is a smooth and professional experience for McCloud clients and they start to use the McCloud products and services.
    • Maintain a close relationship with existing McCloud clients, ensuring that their ongoing experience continue to be positive.
    • Continue to add to and upgrade your technical and business knowledge of the McCloud products and services – an essential ingredient in being a successful BD professional.
    • Continue to document your key client interactions to ensure that the high-value market and client information is captured and available to the rest of the DUG organization. Maintain proactive participation in PCS for CRM.
    • Maintain a high level of in-person client meetings (as appropriate) versus over-reliance on written and telephonic client communications.
    • Be prepared to travel, as needed, to maintain the needed level of in-person client interaction.
  • Comply with the Company’s HSE regulations and policy.
  • Cooperate with supervisory and management personnel to ensure the Company’s safety responsibilities are fulfilled.
