We were flattered and proud to have received an award from a valued client, Spirit Energy, this week. Our London team were awarded winner of the Spirit Energy Values Award for displaying “All values and extraordinary support during Covid 19”.
In these extraordinarily difficult times, this is the recognition that we value most dearly. We have all been committed to continuing to deliver projects and servicing our clients to our high DUG standards, despite the distruptions to our lives. To have received this acknowlegement and thanks from a client means a lot.
Spirit Energy detailed how we aligned to their corporate values:
Care: DUG were one of the first contractors where we have ongoing projects to order their teams to work from home at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. They have also allowed members of their processing team to travel back to their home countries but to continue to work on our project to maintain personnel continuity.
Courage: DUG personnel have contributed to the outcome of the project through frank and honest discussions.
Collaboration: The DUG & Spirit teams have worked very well together to improve the processing results.
Delivery: DUG have strived to fully understand issues encountered during the project, fix them quickly and if that was not possible then propose alternative approaches.
Agility: DUG have shown a willingness to go beyond the standard contractual processing flow to obtain optimal results without adding excessive cost to the project.
