This month the DUG Insight team launched a series of new user-group e-meetings under the banner Insight Out. The monthly virtual meet-ups are designed for DUG Insight users to get to know their software “Insight and out”.

Our first get together was a DUGGIES user-group catch up. Participants enjoyed a quick demo on a chosen topic for the day and then took the floor to ask questions and share their own Insights. DUGGIES catch ups will be scheduled monthly.

Additionally users can join a Mentoring Monday session or Workflow Wednesday e-meet aimed at new users or more experienced Insighters respectively. Each of these sessions will take a more in-depth tutorial approach to a set topic, with time at the end for Q&A.

All Insight Out e-meets are totally free to DUG Insight customers and are a great way to maximise the effectiveness of your software. Suggestions for topics are most welcome.
