Hear from Our Clients: RockWave.

RockWave, based in England, provides 2D, 3D, Time and Depth seismic processing for multiple energy and engineering sectors. We have been working in collaboration with RockWave since October 2020, with a new contract recently signed extending our relationship for a further three years.

A significant portion of RockWave’s business is related to ultra-high resolution (UHR) seismic data. Our dedicated Support and R&D teams have worked closely with RockWave to optimise our flagship software DUG Insight for UHR data. This was done in a timely manner to ensure the continuity of RockWave’s operations.

Thanks to our experts, DUG Insight is now one of the best processing and imaging (P&I) packages for UHR in the industry. The combination of our innovative technology and dedicated support, as well as RockWave’s technical expertise in the subject matter has allowed this partnership to flourish, helping RockWave maintain focus and momentum on growing their business.

RockWave Managing Director Matt Swan said: “One of the biggest concerns when you run a business reliant on software and HPC is how you are going to keep your operation efficient. With DUG Support, we essentially have additional team members highly skilled in doing just that.

As we have continued to establish ourselves as one of the leading seismic processing specialists for UHR data, DUG Support have been flexible and collaborative when responding to our requests to fine tune their code, always with the goal of helping us to succeed.

We look forward to continuing this partnership into the next three years with the comfort that as the scope of our projects continues to grow, we know we have the infrastructure and support in place to allow us to focus our efforts 100% on resolving our client’s challenges and strengthening our business.

We love to work in collaboration and partnership with businesses to help them grow with our #PowerfulThinking. Drop us a line at [email protected] to learn how we can assist with your work!
