The theme for this year’s International Women’s Day is #BreakTheBias.
Around the globe individuals and organisations are crossing their arms and striking a pose to show solidarity and commitment to #BreakTheBias. Collectively, we can all break the bias to enjoy a world free of stereotypes and discrimination; a world that is diverse and inclusive; a world where difference is valued and celebrated.
All of us at DUG collectively join the challenge—we believe that together, we can help forge women’s equality and move towards a more inclusive world.
We can break the bias in our communities.
We can break the bias in our workplaces.
We can break the bias in our schools, colleges and universities.
We can all choose to seek out and celebrate the achievements of women.
